What is your return policy?
All items are custom made-to-order just for you with a logo, name, number etc, so they are not eligible for a return or exchange if it is determined to be 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. If an error is determined to be on our end (ie: spelling did not match player roster provided), please contact our team to confirm that your order is eligible for a return/exchange.
How do I send my return to you?
Please contact our team to determine if your item(s) are eligible. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid label to return the item(s) to us via UPS. Once the items arrive to us, we will review and return/exchange as outlined above, or as discussed with our team prior to issuing the return label. Any items returned without prior approval, will be donated to a local charity and your account will not be credited.
